The Beavers notched up an outstanding win away at promotion rivals Albion Sports thanks to a brace from our new striker Elliott Andrew, including a superb overhead kick for his second that has to be seen to be believed!
The first half was a close affair, with Albion Sports arguably going closest with a couple of good chances. But it was a battling half from our lads to get us to half time still goalless.
But we were soon in front after the restart. Great work from Luka Suluburic, who had his shot saved by the Albion keeper, only for Elliott Andrew to pounce and knock it into the back of the net.
And then the moment of the game, midway through the second half, Elliott Andrew made it 2-0 with a spectacular volley bicycle kick from 18 yards out into the top corner.
A late penalty for Albion made it 2-1 and a few nervous minutes for us to hold onto our lead. But hold on we did to secure a huge 3 points, which moves us up to 3rd in the table.
