The Beavers have made their 3rd signing of the summer, with Jacob Hill joining the Club. Jacob was previously with Bishop Burton College's football academy.
Gaffer Dave Ricardo had this to say about our new signing:
"It was a pre-determined plan for this season to try and locate the best young talent in the area who were not only ready for this level, as we have made a step up in grade, but who will continue to develop and progress.
Jacob has worked closely with our Assistant Manager James Bennett previously, as well as with Darren and the guys at Sculcoates, who have done a fantastic job over the last couple of years.
I have been really impressed with Jacob’s attitude, quality and willingness to listen at all times. Probably more importantly, his peers in the group have also, and they've seen his desire to work hard both on and off the ball. He will suit our style of play and has blended seamlessly into the central midfield area. We wish a warm welcome to Jacob and his family.”
